top 100 photos
1. This photo really caught my eye when I i first saw its i had noticed that i had the exact same picture framed in my house.
2. This photo doesn't have much of a back story including the fact that the photographer is unknown. The 11 men were on a lunch break while constructing and decided to sit on a thin beam over 600 feet in the air. The photo is told to show how ambitious and daring New York is.
3. In addition to the photo i learned that the men in it also are unidentified.
4.Unknown Photographer
5.Unknown Photographer
1.This photo caught my attention as i see this photo on t shirts and bill boards and it is very known.
2.The back story behind this photo is the famous fighter muhammad ali towering over his opponent in a big fight, the photographer had the perfect opportunity to get the snapshot of Muhammad towering over him after knocking him out.
3.I found out that Muhammad Ali has an incredible record of 56 wins and 5 losses.

Fashion Photoshop
Some of the main changes that were made to this model one her face can include making her neck longer and skinnier, Her nose was made smaller, her eyes were made much bigger and her overall face was more slimmed down and skinnier. Before the photoshoot even took place they had applied a lot of makeup to her face and covered up and blemishes.Overall i will list down the main changes that took place below.
-Extended neck
-Smaller nose
-Smaller ears
-bigger eyes
-skinnier cheeks
-slimmer forehead
2. On here the women body was more exposed and it was a full body picture, i will list the changes below.
-longer legs
-skinnier thighs
-change of skin color from tan to more white and shiny
-change of hair color
-skinner and smaller nose
-much bigger eyes
-perfect eyebrows that are thicker
-erasing of all freckles
3. Here a full body change was made that really caught my eye.
-a huge change in the body going from fat to skinny
-full face makeover
-made to make the girl much more attractive over all and more skinner.
4. I defiantly feel like it is a personal opinion whether or not thesis acceptable, i personally feel like as long as it is openly stated that the image was distorted and changed that it is ok. If it isn't stated and it is hiding and not shown then I feel like it isn't acceptable.
5. The only circumstances that i can see to make this more wrong would be if there were specific laws or religion being evolved, in which people would be much more drawn in on whether or not it is an acceptable thing to do.
6.The only changes that i can see being made are any that don't have to do with ones overall body and not changing major parts of the body like breasts or their butt to make them bigger, i feel like especially small changes in the face or very small changes in blemishes or skin marks are ok. I just hate seeing full body changes and things like a skinnier face and huge eyes.
7.The difference i see is that fashion photography has a lot more to do with humans in gen real and photo journalism focuses more on animals and plants and other things that are not living.
8.I do not really understand this question but i would have to say that a lot of photography has almost everything to do with reality, and it should stay that way.I feel like distortion of reality through picture is wrong unless it is on very small levels and increments as stated above.
9.You are showing us something that at our age probably haven't been exposed to, which is the reality of all the advertisements and commercials and other everyday things we see all the time and how badly distorted they can be and how far away they are from reality.
10.These videos probably aren't about guys because of the fact that women are much more criticized over their appearance in general and i know that is a very broad statement but one really has to think about how much more women are on advertisements and thinking about the concept of makeup and how it is mainly used by only women and that its use to to make one more attractive as they would think.Guys arent ever really in photoshopped pictures unless the advertisement or show or whatever else it is for a product for men.

Using A Projector
http://petapixel.com/2015/01/01/projector-brought-forest-turns-nature-glowing-wonderland/
In this video i saw a few people that got together and went out in nature and brought with them a camera and a projector. What they did with these 2 was very interesting to me as they projected an image onto of flat surfaces which include animals and made it look like something was happening that in reality wasn't, like glow in the dark mushrooms, or a tree that was on fire.
Tarek maw took these photos/videos. He spent 6 weeks working on them and perfecting his work.
There isn't much of a story rather then Tarek wanting to do this fun project as he's done very many before. He was not the main creator.

Ian Fisher
A.The most powerful image to me is the one of Ian and his Father sitting at a table. It hits me hard because alot of my dads side of the family are past veterans and i could possibly serve like my Father did. I could just imagine sitting down talking with my family about what i wanted to do and their reactions.
B. To me personally, i can really see a story out of viewing these photos one after the other, it shows what its like on the insides of these army bases and sometimes a single person and their life outside of the army.
C. These captions really enhance the photos because they tell the viewer even more about the photo then what they can assume.I feel like captions can really effect the viewer if used right and here i feel like that did happen.
D.After reading most of the captions, a good summary of the story take a'lot of detail.I could say that it started off with a young man that had graduated high school and new he wanted to serve his country. He was finally taken in, and on only the 2nd day he wanted out, but he stook with his decision, he missed his friends and had one foot with his family and friends and the other was in the army. time passed out along with training and he had a injured elbow that he didn't tell the army about, but he kept going.HE finally fights a war in Iraq and finishes his duty, he comes up and marries his girlfriend.
E. Written in present tense.
F. 1. 2 or 3 sentences.
2. Present tense of whats happening in the photo also the date.
3.Extra information.
4.Even more info mainly more about the date.
5.Yes there are quotes in some captions mainly very small ones.
6.None
G. I think its very possible to tell a story with just photos and captions because if there are nice long captions that are read in order as they happened it can come together like a book.
H.IF you could create a story with just photos and captions, i agree, there is no reason to write some big story at all, especially whenever the younger audiences i feel, would much rather read captions and is more hooking and interesting.
