Photography resolutions for 2016

After looking at different resolutions for photography, this is my favorite picture off of the  site,
it really stands out to me over others because it is on new years and my birthday is new years eve, i have a lot of memories every year on the same day,December 31, that involve fireworks like in the photo.

The rules i can see are centering, simplicity and black and white.
